JorniFolk is a travel discovery and travel-blogging platform currently offered as a private beta to invited testers. 1. BETA SERVICE — PROVIDED "AS IS" JorniFolk is early, pre-release software. It may contain bugs, change at any time, become unavailable, or lose data. We provide JorniFolk "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Please do not rely on JorniFolk to store anything you cannot afford to lose. 2. WHO CAN USE JORNIFOLK • You must be at least 16 years old • Information provided must be accurate 3. YOUR ACCOUNT • You are responsible for account security • Sign-in may use email/password or Google • Accounts can be deleted from settings 4. YOUR CONTENT You keep ownership of: • Blog posts • Photos • Profile information • Travel journeys You grant JorniFolk a non-exclusive license to host and display content needed to operate the platform. 5. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: • Post illegal content • Harass users • Post hateful content • Impersonate others • Upload malware • Spam or defraud users Community Guidelines form part of these Terms. 6. CONTENT MODERATION We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate Terms or Community Guidelines. 7. COPYRIGHT Report copyright issues: eldar@jornifolk.com 8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES JorniFolk relies on: • Microsoft Azure • Google Sign-in • SendGrid 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY JorniFolk is a free beta service. 10.
